THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1215 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE CENTRAL PART OF ILLINOIS
      DE WITT...NORTHERN MACON

AT 1100 AM CDT...ILLINOIS STATE POLICE REPORTED A TORNADO 17 MILES
NORTHWEST OF DECATUR AT CHESNUT ILLINOIS IN THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
OF LOGAN COUNTY.

THE TORNADO WAS MOVING SLOWLY EAST AT 15 MPH.
