TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  245 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS
 
   ...NORTH CENTRAL PAWNEE COUNTY
 
AT 210 PM CDT A STORM SPOTTER REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD IN THE VICINITY
OF ROZEL...WHICH IS ABOUT 35 MILES NORTHEAST OF DODGE CITY. THE
THUNDERSTORM RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS FUNNEL CLOUD WAS MOVING NORTHEAST
AT 25 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL PASS JUST NORTH OF LARNED BY 250 PM
CDT.  PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM SHOULD TAKE COVER NOW!!
 
 
 
THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS STORM.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE IN THE
PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE.
OTHERWISE... GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR
POSSIBLE.  AVOID WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A
STURDIERl BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.
