A TORNADO WAS REPORTED ON THE GROUND 11/2 3 MILES NORTH OF BYERS MOVING
SOUTHWEST AT 20 MPH. IT SHOULD BE WEST OF THE BYERS AREA BETWEEN
500 AND 515 PM CDT.
