THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A URBAN AND SMALL 
STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 145 AM EST FOR PEOPLE IN 
THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF OHIO
      MONROE...WASHINGTON

NUMEROUS SMALL STREAMS ARE OUT OF THEIR BANKS AND SEVERAL TOWNSHIP
AND STATE ROUTES ARE UNDERWATER. SOME PEOPLE HAVE BEEN EVACUATED
ALONG CAT CREEK. BEAR CREEK IS REPORTEDLY RISING VERY FAST.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED IMMEDIATELY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOOD WATERS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...
ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
