THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 530 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE CENTRAL PART OF KANSAS
      RICE...MCPHERSON

AT 435 PM CST A TORNADO WAS REPORTED ON THE GROUND SOUTH OF
HUTCHINSON MOVING NORTH AT 30 MPH ALONG HIGHWAY K-17.  THIS
TORNADO WILL MOVE INTO EASTERN RICE AND WESTERN MCPHERSON BY
455 PM.

THIS TORNADO WAS ON THE GROUND AND CAUSING DAMAGE.  ALL PEOPLE
NEAR THIS DANGEROUS STORM SHOULD TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.  FIND
SHELTER BELOW GROUND LEVMEL...IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.  GET TO AN
UNDERGROUND SHELTER IF POSSIBLE.  DON'T HESITATE...A FEW SECONDS
