THE NATION WEATHER SERVICE HAS RECEIVED SEVERAL REPORTS OF FUNNEL
CLOUDS IN EASTERN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY IN THE PLANT CITY AREA AND IN
POLK COUNTY BETWEEN MULBERRY AND LAKELAND. ONE FUNNEL CLOUD WAS
REPORTED TO TOUCH DOWN BRIEFLY SOUTH OF STATE ROAD 574 IN EASTERN
HILLSBOROUGH.
 
RESIDENTS IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD SEEK SHELTER.
 
 
IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO MOVE TO A REINFORCED SHELTER
TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR. AVOID WINDOWS.
