000 TTAA00 KSHV 280145 TORSHV LAC013-119-081-280245- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SHREVEPORT LA 842 PM CDT FRI APR 27 1990 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SHREVEPORT HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 945 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS.. IN NORTHWEST LOUISIANA ...BIENVILLE PARISH...WEBSTER PARISH...RED RIVER AT 838 PM CDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN SHREVEPORT SHOWED A POSSIBLE TORNADO OVER NORTHERN BOSSIER CITY NEAR THE LOOP 220 MOVING TO THE EAST AT 20 MPH. THIS WILL TAKE THE POSSIBLE TORNADO INTO WEBSTER PARISH TO NEAR MINDEN. RADAR AT 838 PM ALSO INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO OVER EASTERN DESOTO PARISH ABOUT 2 MILES NORTHdEAST OF MANSFIELD LOUISIANA MOVING TO THE EAST NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. THE STORM CONTAINING THE POSSIBLE TORNADO WILL BE MOVING INTO NORTHWEST RED RIVER PARISH TO NEAR WESTDALE AND INTO WESTERN BIENVILLE PARISH TO NEAR RINGGOLD.
