EFFECTIVE UNTIL 615 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE STATE OF OHIO
      UNION

AT 505 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RECEIVED REPORTS OF A FUNNEL
CLOUD IN EASTERN LOGAN COUNTY. NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE INDICATED
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN LOGAN COUNTY MOVING TO THE EAST SOUTHEAST
AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.

DO NOT USE YOUR CAR TO TRY TO OUTRUN A TORNADO.  CARS ARE EASILY
TOSSED AROUND BY TORNADO WINDS.  IF YOU ARE CAUGHT IN THE PATH OF
