RAIN WHICH WERE CONTINUALLY MOVING OVER SOUTHEAST OHIO. LOCAL POLICE
REPORTED THAT NUMEROUS COUNTY ROADS AND HIGHWAYS WERE FLOODING. ROUTE
33 FROM LOGAN TO ATHENS HAD HIGH WATER ON THE ROAD. ROUTE 56 IN
HOCKING COUNTY HAD 2 TO 3 FEET OF STANDING WATER. ROUTES
356...328...AND 56 WERE CLOSED IN VINTON COUNTY.
 
RADR SHOWED THESE THUNDERSTORMS REPEATEDLY MOVING OVER THIS AREA TO
THE NORTHEAST AT ABOUT 15 MPH.
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
