SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING AND
SPECIAL MARINE WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1045 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN SOUTH NEW JERSEY
          ...ATLANTIC...BURLINGTON...CAPE MAY...OCEAN
 
AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.
 
 
AT 840 PM RADAR SHOWED AN AREA OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MOVING THROUGH
SALEM AND CUMBERLAND COUNTIES OF SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY. THESE STORMS
WERE MOVING EAST AT ABOUT 25 MILES AN HOUR.
 
WIND GUSTS OF UP TO 70 MILES AN HOUR HAVE BEEN REPORTED IN SALEM
COUNTY.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
