IN WEST CENTRAL NEW JERSEY ...SOUTHERN MERCER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA ...SOUTHERN BUCKS COUNTY RADAR AT ATLANTIC CITY AT 245 PM AND SPOTTER REPORTS OVER NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA REPORTED 1/2 TO 3/4 INCH HAIL AND GUSTY WINDS TO ABOUT 50 MILES AN HOUR.
