FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  400 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN WEST CENTRAL NEW JERSEY
 
   ...MERCER COUNTY
 
VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS BEEN FALLING ACROSS PARTS OF EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA
AND NEW JERSEY. RAINFALL TOTALS SINCE LAST EVENING WERE ANYWHERE FROM
1 TO 2 INCHES. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED THIS MORNING. THE
ASSUNPINK CREEK IS EXPECTED TO BE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE WITHIN THE
HOUR.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS IMMINENT.
 
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNED COUNTY IN AN AREA SUBJECT TO FLOODING
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.  DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS.
CLIMBING ATOP YOUR STALLED VEHICLE WILL NOT PREVENT YOU FROM
