SEVERAL WEATHER SPOTTERS HAVE REPORTED HEAVY RAIN AND STREET FLOODING
IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA.  WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATES
THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL BE MOVING THROUGH THE REST OF THE
PHILADELPHIA METROPOLITAN AREA BEFORE 9 PM.   HEAVY RAIN COULD CAUSE
