PERSISTENT THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINS ALONG THE
TENNESSEE ALABAMA LINE HAVE BEEN OCCURRING THE PAST COUPLE OF HOURS.
THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING
CONDITIONS OVER THE NEXT TWO TO THREE HOURS FOR SOUTHERN FRANKLIN
ABD LINCOLN COUNTIES.
