15 MILES NORTHEAST OF WINONA. LARGE HAIL STRONG WINDS AND FREQUENT
LIGHTING WAS REPORTED WITH THIS STORM. THIS STORM WAS MOVING SOUTH TO
SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH AND SHOULD AFFECT THE COMMUNITIES OF ROLLINGSTONE MIWINONA WITHIN THE NEXT HOUR.
