SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  600 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA
          ...NORTHERN ANOKA...ISANTI
 
AT 458 AM CDT..WEATHER RADAR WAS INDICATING A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
ABOUT 25 MILES NORTHWEST OF MINNEAPOLIS NEAR THE TOWN OF ELK RIVER.
THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH AND WILL
BE AFFECTING AREAS NEAR NOWTHEN..ANOKA..HAM LAKE..ST FRANCIS..BETHEL
AND CAMBRIDGE.
 
THE MAIN THREAT WITH THIS STORM IS LARGE HAIL AND HIGH WINDS ALONG
WITH FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES.
 
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION MOVE TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR
OF YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS.  HEAVY RAINS FLOOD ROADS QUICKLY SO
