THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 515 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL PART OF MINNESOTA
      EASTERN NICOLLET...LE SUEUR

THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE TOWNS OF ST. PETER AND LE SUEUR.

AT 430 AM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 20 MILES
NORTHWEST OF MANKATO.  THE STORM WAS MOVING RAPIDLY EAST AT
45 MPH TOWARD ST. PETER AND LE SUEUR AND WILL BE IN THESE
TOWNS BY 445 AM CDT.
THIS STORM WILL PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND.  GO TO A SAFE PLACE NOW.1

IF YOU ARE IN AN AREA THREATENED BY THE STORM...GO TO A REINFORCED
SHELTER AND PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY
RAIN...AND LIGHTNING.
