FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  630 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

AT 315 AM CDT...FLOODING IS REPORTED TO BASEMENTS AND ROADS IN REDWOOD
FALLS MINNESOTA IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA. REPORTS OF CARS STALLED IN
INTERSECTIONS WITH BASEMENT FLOODING ALONG WITH SOME APARTMENT
EVACUATIONS ARE ALSO REPORTED FROM THIS AREA. ADDITIONALLY..SOME
SANDBAGGING MAY BE INITIATED TO PROTECT PROPERTY DUE TO CONTINUING HEAVYRAINFALL AND RISING WATER IN THE AREA.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
