000 TTAA00 KMOB 031420 TORMOB ALC003-031515- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MOBILE AL 820 AM CST MON DEC 3 1990 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOBILE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 915 AM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA ...BALDWIN COUNTY AT 820 AM RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM NEAR MOUNT VERNON ALABAMA TO PASCAGOULA MISSISSIPPI. THE LINE WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH. TORNADO TOUCH DOWNS HAVE BEEN REPORTED AT SEMMES AND MOUNT VERNON ALABAMA. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION. ACT QUICKLY. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. AVOID WINDOWS. ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.
