AT 1155 AM A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS OBSERVED JUST NORTH OF THE
WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE NEAR SULLIVAN. THE FUNNEL WAS MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
