TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  430 PM CST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN WEST TENNESSEE
          ...LAUDERDALE
 
AT 320 THE PUBLIC REPORTED TWO FUNNEL CLOUDS NEAR THE TOWN OF OSCEOLA
IN MISSISSIPPI COUNTY ARKANSAS. THE FUNNEL CLOUDS WERE MOVING TO THE
EAST AT 45 MILES AN HOUR AND THE PATH WILL TAKE THEM ACROSS THE
MISSISSIPPI RIVER IN THE NEXT FEW MINUTES.
 
 
DO NOT USE YOUR CAR TO TRY TO OUTRUN A TORNADO.  CARS ARE EASILY
TOSSED AROUND BY TORNADO WINDS.  IF YOU ARE CAUGHT IN THE PATH OF
