FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  945 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS
 
   ...SOUTHWESTERN REEVES COUNTY
 
...THIS EXTENDS THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING ALREADY IN EFFECT FOR THE SAME
AREA OF REEVES COUNTY...
 
 
AT 725 PM CDT...REPORTS OF FLOODING ARE STILL BEING RECEIVED ALONG
INTERSTATES 10 AND 20 IN SOUTHWESTERN REEVES COUNTY.
 
ALL TRAFFIC HAS BEEN HALTED ON BOTH INTERSTATES AS WATER HAS CAUSED
POSSIBLE BRIDGE STRUTURE DAMAGE.
 
RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL IN THE MOUNTAINS OF THE AREA AND CONDITIONS
WILL NOT BEGIN TO IMPROVE FOR SEVERAL HOURS.
 
 
MOST DEATHS IN FLASH FLOODING OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES...DIPS...OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS
THE ROADWAY.  NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A
SMALL ONE...ON FOOT.
