FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  100 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI
          ...WESTERN FRANKLIN
 
A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS NEARLY STATIONARY OVER WEST FRANKLIN
COUNTY. THIS WAS RESULTING IN TREMENDOUS AMOUNTS OF WATER...
LIKELY TO EXCEED 3 INCHES.  FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED IN
THE GERALD AREA WITH WATER OVER HIGHWAY 50.
 
NEVER ATTEMPT TO CROSS A FLOODED ROAD OR STREAM.
 
FLASH FLOODING WILL BE LIKELY IN PARTS OF FRANKLIN COUNTY
UNTIL 1 AM.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
