THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ST LOUIS HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  415 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI
          ...CLARK
 
AT 110 PM...THE ST LOUIS WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD
WARNING FOR CLARK COUNTY. THE LATEST SATELLITE PHOTOS AND THE ST LOUIS
WEATHER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS REDEVELOPING IN THE
EXTREME NORTHEAST PART OF MISSOURI AND THEY WERE MOVING TO THE
SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
THESE STORMS WERE PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN AND STRONG WINDS.  THEY WILL
CONTINUE TO DEVELOP FOR THE REST OF THIS AFTERNOON.
