AT 1210 PM CST BATON ROUGE RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO ASSOCIATED
WITH A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 12 MILES WEST OF ST FRANCISVILLE MOVING TO THE
NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH..
