AT 209 PM...THE PUBLIC REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD JUST SOUTH OF
INTERSTATE 10 IN THE SULPHUR AREA.
 
AT 211 PM...THE LAKE CHARLES WEATHER RADAR SHOWED THE SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM IN THE SULPHUR AREA.  THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING
SOUTHWEST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR.
