THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 630 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF NEBRASKA
      BOONE

AT 550PM CST RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 40 MILES WEST OF
COLUMBUS OF 25 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ALBION.  THIS STORM WAS MOVING
TO THE NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH AND WILL ENTER THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
BOONE COUNTY BY 6PM CDT.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE IN
THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO TAKE SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF POSSIBLE.
OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  AVOID
WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES...TAKE COVER IN A REINFORCED
BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.

TAKE SHELTER IMMEDIATELY...GET TO A BASEMENT IF POSSIBLE.  OTHERWISE
GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  ABANDON CARS AND
MOBILE HOMES...TAKE SHELTER IN A REINFORCED BUILDING.
