AT 658 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM IN VINTON COUNTY OF OHIO. THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING
SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH AND WILL BE IN MEIGS COUNTY BY 715 PM.
