NUMEROUS REPORTS OF SMALL STREAMS LEAVING THEIR BANKS HAVE BEEN
RECEIVED. IN GALLIA COUNTY STATE ROUTE 554 NEAR BIDWELL IS BLOCKED. IN
MEIGS COUNTY RT 143 AND 681 IS BLOCKED. IN SCIOTO COUNTY STATE ROUTE
73 IS BLOCKED. IN PIKE COUNTY STATE ROUTE 124 NEAR IDAHO IS BLOCKED.
