NORTHEAST AT 50 MILES PER HOUR AND WAS HEADING TOWARD LOGANSPORT AND
NEW WAVERLY. PEOPLE IN AND NEAR THE PATH OF THE STORM SHOULD MOVE
INDOORS NOW. GO TO THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
