AT 605 AM EST AMATEUR RADIO OPERATORS REPORTED FLOODING IN JOHNSON
COUNTY. LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN HAS FLOODED ROADWAYS AND TURNED LOW AREAS
INTO SMALL LAKES.
 
HEAVY RAINS HAVE ENDED BUT A STEADY MODERATE RAIN WILL CONTINUE UNTIL
7AM EST.
