THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 245 AM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE SOUTHWEST PART OF INDIANA
      KNOX

BETWEEN 930 AND 1130 PM CDT 3 AND A HALF INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN
6 MILES NORTH OF DECKER INDIANA IN SOUTHERN KNOX COUNTY. BRUCEVILLE
HAD 1.6 INCHES OF RAIN IN A ONE HOUR PERIOD AND STILL RAINING.
HIGHWAY 67 NORTH OF VINCENNES WAS 2 FEET UNDER WATER.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOU TO CROSS SAFELY PLUS
THE ROADWAY MAY BE WASHED OUT. A VEHICLE CAUGHT IN RISING WATER
