AT 1045 PM EST STATE POLICE REPORTED FLOODING ON INTERSTATE 74 ABOUT
15 MILES WEST OF CRAWFORDSVILLE OR ABOUT 25 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
LAFAYATTE.
 
RADAR AT 1045 PM EST INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS
OCCURRING IN CENTRAL FOUNTAIN COUNTY JUST EAST OF VEDERSBURG...MOVING
EAST AT 30 MILES PER HOUR.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
