EFFECTIVE UNTIL 445 AM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTHWEST PART OF INDIANA
      GIBSON...KNOX

AT 135 AM CDT...ILLINOIS STATE POLICE AND THE GIBSON COUNTY
SHERIFF REPORTED SEVERAL ROADS UNDER WATER IN VINCENNES AND
JUST EAST OF PRINCETON INDIANA ON SADDLE CLUB ROAD.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS IMMINENT. ITS IMPORTANT TO
KNOW WHERE YOU ARE RELATIVE TO STREAMS...RIVERS OR CREEKS WHICH
CAN BECOME KILLERS IN HEAVY RAIN. CAMPERS SHOULD AVOID CAMPING
ALONG STREAMS OR CREEKS DURING THREATENING WEATHER.
