EFFECTIVE UNTIL 530 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE EAST CENTRAL PART OF ILLINOIS
      DOUGLAS

AT 451PM CDT...A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED NEAR ARCOLA IN SOUTHERN
DOUGLAS COUNTY...30 MILES SOUTH OF CHAMPAIGN. THE STORM SHOULD
MOVE THROUGH FILSON...KEMP AND HINDSBORO IN THE NEXT FEW MINUTES.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...GO TO A BASEMENT SHELTER
IF AVAILABLE...OTHERWISE TO A CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR.  ABANDON CHARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING.
