IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF ILLINOIS

AT 530 PM CDT...STATE POLICE REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD SOUTHEAST OF
WINNEBAGO...10 MILES WEST ROCKFORD. THE FUNNEL CLOUD WAS MOVING
EAST AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED. THE SYSTEM PRODUCING THIS FUNNEL CLOUD
WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30 MPH.
