EFFECTIVE UNTIL 845 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE CENTRAL PART OF ILLINOIS
      NORTHERN MASON

AT 805 PM CDT ILLINOIS STATE POLICE REPORTED A TORNADO 1 MILE EAST
OF LIVERPOOL...30 MILES SOUTHWEST OF PEORIA. THE TORNADO WAS
MOVING EAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.
