THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 415 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE WEST CENTRAL PART OF ILLINOIS
      SOUTHERN MCDONOUGH...NORTHERN SCHUYLER

AT 315 PM CST A SPOTTER REPORTED A TORNADO ON THE GROUND NEAR
AUGUSTA IN SOUTHEASTERN HANCOCK COUNTY.  IT WAS MOVING TO THE
EAST NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.  AUGUSTA IS 22 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
MACOMB IN MCDONOUGHT COUNTY.

CITIES IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM IS  BIRMINGHAM IN SCHUYLER COUNTY
AND DODDSVILLE IN NORTH CENTRAL SCHUYLER COUNTY.
