IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO
          ...ASHLAND
 
AT 820 PM SKYWARN SPOTTERS REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD EAST OF THE
CITY OF MANSFIELD NEAR THE ASHLAND COUNTY BORDER. THE FUNNEL WAS
NOT ON THE GROUND AS OF 820 PM AND WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
