THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A URBAN AND SMALL 
STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 445 AM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN 
THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE STATE OF OHIO
      MONTGOMERY

AT 140 AM MONTGOMERY COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED CREEKS AND STREAMS
IN GERMAN AND JEFFERSON TOWNSHIPS IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY WERE OUT
OF THEIR BANKS AND CAUSING LOCALIZED STREET AND URBAN FLOODING.
AREA ROADWAYS WERE ALSO PONDING CAUSING HIGH WATER CONDITIONS IN
MANY AREAS.

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED RAIN SHOWERS WERE
DECREASING IN BOTH INTENSITY AND COVERAGE OVER MONTGOMERY COUNTY.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED IMMEDIATELY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
