TORNADO WARNING AND
SPECIAL MARINE WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  700 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA
          ...CARTERET
 
AND ADJOINING COASTAL WATERS BETWEEN BOUGE INLET AND OCRACOKE INLET.
 
WATERSPOUTS HAVE BEEN SIGHTED NORTH OF BEAUFORT IN THE SOUTH PART OF
PAMLICO SOUND AND IN THE CORE SOUND. THE MOVEMENT HAS BEEN SLOW AND
ERRATIC BUT IT APPEARS THEY ARE DRIFTING SLOWLY TO THE NORTH.
 
ADDITIONAL WATER SPOUTS COULD FORM IN THE AREA. MARINERS AND PEOPLE
NEAR THE WATER SHOULD USE CAUTION.
