AND ADJOINING PAMLICO SOUND WATERS BETWEEN NEUSE AND PAMLICO RIVERS.
 
AT 430 PM REPORTS OF NUMEROUS WATERSPOUTS ALONG THE WESTERN SHORE OF
THE PAMLICO SOUND AND AT THE MOUTHS OF THE PAMLICO...NEUSE AND THE
PUNGO RIVERS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. WATERSPOUTS MOVING OVER LAND TURN
INTO TORNADOES.
