THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 715 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL PART OF KANSAS
      SUMNER

AT 632 PM THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT REPORTED A TORNADO ON THE GROUND
FIVE MILES WEST OF PERTH IN SUMNER COUNTY. THIS TORNADO WAS MOVING
TO THE NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH. TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.

 THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM. TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY. DON/T HESITATE.
 A FEW SECONDS MIGHT SAVE YOUR LIFE.
