AT 35 MPH. THIS WARNING DOES NOT INCLUDE THE CITY OF WICHITA
 
THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS STORM.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE IN THE
PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE.
