EFFECTIVE UNTIL 830 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL PART OF KANSAS
      EASTERN HARVEY

AT 755 PM CDT...A TORNADO WAS ON THE GROUND 3 MILES EAST OF NEWTON
REPORTED BY THE HARVEY COUNTY SHcERIFF.

MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.

 THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM. TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY. DON/T HESITATE.
