HARVEY...EXTREME NORTHERN SEDGWICK
AT 708 PM CDT THE KANSAS HIGHWAY PATROL REPORTED A TORNADO ON THE
GROUND 4 MILES NORTH OF SEDGWICK OR 21 MILES NORTH OF WICHITA.
MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 15 TO 20 MILES AN HOUR.
