SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1100 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS

AT 937 AM CDT... A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IS MOVING INTO THE
NORTHEAST PORTION OF GALVESTON COUNTY. REPORTS FROM THE PORT
METEOROLOGICAL OFFICER'S HOME IN LEAGUE CITY ESTIMATE
THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 50 MILES AN HOUR.
THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL MOVE EAST OF GALVESTON... HOWEVER THE
TRAILING EGDE OF THE THUNDERSTORM LINE WILL EFFECT PORTIONS OF
GALVESTON COUNTY FOR THE NEXT HOUR AND A HALF.
REMEMBER TO STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS... ANY LOOSE ITEMS OUTDOORS
