THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 815 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE EAST CENTRAL PART OF WISCONSIN
      NORTHERN CALUMET...NORTHEAST WINNEBAGO

A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED AT 720 PM CDT AT THE INTERSECTION
OF HIGHWAYS 45 AND 150 IN NORTHEAST WINNEBAGO COUNTY JUST WEST
OF THE CITIES OF NEENAH AND MENASHA. IT WAS MOVING EAST.
