THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 800 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE NORTHWEST PART OF KANSAS
      EASTERN CHEYENNE

AT 625 PM CDT..LAW ENFOREMENT OFFICALS REPORTED A TORNADO ON
THE GROUND 6 TO 8 MILES NORTH OF WHEELER..ABOUT 25 MILES
NORTH OF GOODLAND..AND MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

THIS TORNADO WAS ON THE GROUND AND CAUSING DAMAGE. ALL PERSONS NEAR
THIS DANGEROUS STORM SHOULD TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY IN A REINFORCED
SHELTER.
