FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  600 AM CST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTHEAST TEXAS
 
   ...CAMP COUNTY...MORRIS COUNTY
 
AT 200 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS
WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL MOVING OVER MORRIS AND CAMP COUNTIES. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING OVER AREAS THAT ALREADY HAVE SATURATED GROUND
DUE TO HEAVY RAINFALL ON WEDNESDAY. SOME CREEKS ARE REPORTED TO BE AT 
ABOVE BANKFULL IN MORRIS COUNTY.
 
THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE PART OF A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS MOVING
SLOWLY EAST OVER NORTHEAST TEXAS. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO
3 INCHES MAY OCCUR THIS MORNING AS THESE THUNDERSTORMS MOVE THROUGH.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
